Case Law

Maybe someone in your family suffered a bizarre accident, like when Rosa Esparza went to ride on the Texas Giant. That's a massive sixty mph fourteen story roller coaster. Rosa went for a good time, but fell 75 feet and died, tragically, horribly, unexpectedly at the Arlington Six Flags Over Texas Amusement Park.

The T-shaped lap bar that was supposed to restrain Rosa failed. The limit switch that indicates that the bar is correctly set didn't work. Six Flags had to replace the switch on that car, but they didn't do it until after Rosa Esparza died. There's a lawsuit against Six Flags over Rosa Esparza's death. We don't know how much was spent at the electronc's store on the limit switch, but they usually run less than twenty-five dollars. The cost of that switch, for Rosa Esparza's family was beyond price.

Maybe someone in your family suffered in a car, bus, or train crash. There is the possibility that the vehicle your family member was in was not crashworthy. Tires, airbags, seatbelts and hundreds of other components have been recalled because they have failed. Was the accident due to some component that is subject to recall such as airbags, seatbelts, faulty tires, pitot tubes? Was the vehicle, whatever kind it was, subject to flawed maintenance?

If you or someone you know suffered injury or death due to an accident, you may be entitled to compensation. A lawyer, the right lawyer will work for you. Find out more information about your legal rights. Contact us for information.
